45€/month@Erpel Thats almost cheap. I guess you do have more than one ISP to choose from. In my street they will soon install fiber but the prices from stadtwerke are joke.
Like I am sorry 250/50 for 60€ is a joke. Also why not symmetrical atleast... -

@kura @stefan@akko.lightnovel-dungeon.de ofc they can't but they make it that way that those offerings are only valid when you use their hardware, so you can always choose to opt out, but then you won't have the "full" service you are paying for.
Vodafone does this shit e.g. with cable internet.
Use our crappy chinese plastic router and you get HD tv with it. Otherwise its an optional thinkg you have to pay extra.
They don't force you, but the offerings are optimized for their shitty hardware.
