Symptoms: one t60 robotgirl is so eepy that is doesn’t even want to post. I give her fresh electrons and push her button, but she just sits there with no signs of life, even no lights blinking

Solution: extract brain from another t60 robotgirl with broken spine (magnesium chassis snapped in one place), put it in the more healthy body and give her a new life!

Dead brain is much more bright green for some reason, looks like it’s new but the look is deceiving

Oh to be a robotgirl that’s being tested and probed without a chassis..

Ok now i need to assemble it back

Also the online shop/warehouse from which i got spare t60 messed up and sent me fully working one, just with a broken chassis. I ordered the one with broken screen as I only need the motherboard.

So I guess I’ll swap screens too, as the old one is getting too dim to use :3

T60 is such a pain in the ass to repair though

There are 6 kinds of screws and it has too many of them. Much more than a reasonable amount like t430 I’d say

The assembly is a 95% success
Only one part is “what the fuck is this, no idea where to put it”
And one part is “I know where to put it but it was on the previous stage and it’s not really needed so fuck it”

I will unironically use this, this is my type of stuff
