it tried to use its friend's macbook today and completely failed to do so.

    it tried to use its friend's macbook today and completely failed to do so. he has his trackpad configured such that one must tap with two fingers to right click, instead of three fingers (normal) or clicking in the bottom right (normal). how does anyone manage to use a trackpad such that one can only right click with two fingers and even a one fingered press to the bottom right is a left click? insane. right click should be three fingers, and middle click two.

      @0x6e6174 I had even my linux laptops configured like this for ages even before I had any macs, so it feels natural

        @byte @0x6e6174 I just tested that because I never heard of that function (and basically don't need it because I have dedicated mouse buttons on my T480), but 2 fingers = right click and 3 fingers = middle click seems to be the default on Arch with KDE
