siemens: "very nice, we are naming our new train 'desiro', it is a desirable addition to an operator's fleet.
alstom: "mmh, so we have decided to –"

stadler, crashing through the door and tumbling through the room: "well *our* new train is called 'flirt' because trains are fuggin sexy and you prudes are just afraid to say it... i wanna kiss one so badd,,"

*silence, bombardier shoots an awkward glance to alstom*

@thekla I am waiting for "FUCK" as a train name. FLIRT, KISS, FUCK would make a good trio.

@thekla but wait, what was alstom train name in the end ?

Stadler names are very fun though. (Add Smile, Wink and Tango. And my German isn't good enough to determine in Spatz has a fun meaning).

@MagicLike @Sobex @thekla "Spatz" can also be used as a term of endearment, like "honey" (although I think it's mostly used for kids? But that could just be a regional thing)

@Larymir @MagicLike @Sobex @thekla Not intended in this case though, as they called all their meter-gauge trains for Zentralbahn bird species 😄
