problem: i still don't know how dwarf fortress works all that well
how the fuck do i learn it
@sam not sure if the free version has the tutorial as well, but the newer graphical release has one, that one gets you started well enough
and for the rest, the wiki works well, and the entire concept applies to any version of DF so it helps a lot.
