@awoo honestly i'm surprised how well it's working

i was fully expecting it to struggle with idk firefox but no it's working just fine

turns out 3rd gen intel i7 and 8GB of RAM are still usable today

@rail oh you have an i7 even?? damn!! (I'm sitting here with an i5-3320M + 16GB of RAM- which, don't get me wrong, is still really fucking neat but sometimes my CPU does feel like it's slow)

@awoo @rail i'm using an x220 for the next two weeks because i'm in the us and did not take my usual laptop for safety reasons lol

the cpu is fine as long as you're not compiling but the display resolution is suffering
