okay, so, we have:
- Neowyvern
- Neocat
- Neofox
...all in greyscale and with the instance's background colour applied, too.
any more I should add? :3

@tobi actually I had no issues so far! was just as simple as mounting any other extra volume :3
in my case:
services: gotosocial: [...] volumes: [...] - ./gts.apicrim.es-patchset/web/assets/default_avatars:/gotosocial/web/assets/default_avatars
