okay, so i have checked old PKP PLK docs on passenger information systems, and they are interesting
1. trains with multiple carriage groups were supposed to use up both screens, something i have never seen be used
1a. have you noticed the numbers under sectors? these are carriage classes. that's the first time i am seeing it be used like that and i would have never guessed that this is what was supposed to be under sectors which always are A B C D no matter what train it is
2. that display setup, which, of course, i have never seen be used, this should've been everywhere
2a. S-Bahn/SKM trains do not have train numbers shown, like it should be, but it's not, for some reason
3. this on the other hand is informing about a train departing from a different station today (which in this case makes sense because Warszawa Śródmieście is pretty much Warszawa Centralna platform 5, just a bit of Wien Hbf platform 1-2 situation)
4. different train categories have a number in a different color, again, haven't seen this used anywhere -

(this feels like it's worse than what's going on at München Hbf with the new screens showing old-style information on them instead of having a modern passenger info system on those mixed with the older screens showing it in its usual layout)
