need to deploy a custom version of RS at the shutdown that de facto turns it into a read-only + exports + delete your account thing (this doesn't fully exist yet)
simplest way possible is just yeeting the routes for that stuff
but this way any question/answer page and profiles can still be archived if the Internet Archive or relevant groups feel like doing so.
