i'm gonna do something just to piss at the sky-- practice dvorak up to at least 80 wpm and get my qwerty accuracy to >95% at 120wpm

edit: this is now a thread for keyboard layout stuff in general, i don't vibe with dvorak -
(a) fuck it, dvorak thread
(b) every time i give colemak or dvorak a spin, i realize how little i type, throughout my day-- it's more that i do bursts of typing in chats and stuff
(c) my right pinky is undergoing an intense backspace-fueled workout
(d) it's so frustrating to go from 120wpm bursts to <35wpm -

my current positions are; 37wpm @ 78% acc. and 147wpm @ ~96% acc.
both are measures of 25-word bursts on monkeytype -

both are measures of 25-word bursts on monkeytypeso.. i did some more research and i've been using dvorak with intentional typing and i gotta say that first impressions are... bad. i tried with my XD60 "normal", staggered keyboard and my Sofle RGB columnar keyboard and it just doesn't.. sit right with me.
that said, i'm gonna postpone this for a couple of days and this thread will become a Workman learning thread.
i'm gonna hardware-map Workman to it and learn it from scratch, since it looks to have better statistics in terms of hand balance and Home Row Usage -
