Okay how do I increase the rate limit of my mastodon media storage?

Okay how do I increase the rate limit of my mastodon media storage? Like I get rate limited everytime I look at a profile's media page because all of those media get pulled at the same time.
Would switching to S3-compatible storage fix this issue? -

@MagicLike this is an internal rate limit, one of our patches fixes this

Will try them out later, if it is ok I would open a PR to add these patches to Chuckya (with attribution ofc) or do you want to do that? :3 -

@ShadowJonathan alright, I will see what my brain cooks up whilst actually having other things todo but I kinda want to do that now
