I would probably not even stream gaming.

I would stream working on reverse engineering projects/wiki upkeep, so that I actually do these things and am pressured by people watching to not procrastinate--

and way back when these were my more popular streams anyway. and for the wiki maintenance ones...I don't know, that probably almost be like a talking stream, just that I need to write a bunch of Wikitext while doing so.
