I’m in Lleida Pirineus station, stuck in the 2m4m square between the end of the security scanner and the Renfe “check in” desk waiting to be allowed onto the platform because apparently I’m boarding a plane and they haven’t opened check-in yet.

I don’t think that’s what they meant when they advertised it as “Ave: Vuela”

#PutaRenfeHaving been let through (before the train arrived, mind you, so I don’t know what the problem was), I was about to criticise Adif on the fact that platform 01 is not the same as platform 1. But then again, I’ve seen weirder things in France and, especially, the Netherlands.

For reference, platform 01 is on the right of this picture, then 1 on the left, and 2 the other side of the tracks on the left.
The other thing that looks like a platform on the far right has no tracks alongside it, and there’s no public access to it.
