@pixel i’d love that, tho i wouldn’t get as much control as i’d want and the complexity with likely be magnitudes higher. nonetheless, i’d definitely be interested in a job like that!

@elly I work on a CMS (partially paid by my job + free time) and I can tell you that we definitely need more people with accessibility knowledge
and I'm sure others do to.
Definitely see the control and complexity aspects though, most of these systems are large and old...but that also means there's a lot of easy wins in terms of accessibility improvements!

@elly I checked, and the sister-company that does service work for the CMS does not hire at the moment.
There are some agencies in the ecosystem that hire TYPO3 developers to work on the Core, but it's not full-time usually. I know someone doing 80/20 (80 being the FOSS part), but that's rare if you're not already involved/known.
