it's been almost a week since RS went read-only, what happened since:

* handed off big list of URLs to ArchiveTeam
* one of the hosted RS instances is already a bit overwhelmed
* another hosted instance had their admin getting doxxed, admin get into fights with the users and a callout document posted on another site
