I sure hope it's not bad @domo "Nett hier. Aber waren Sie schon mal in Baden-Württemberg?" ("Not bad. But have you ever been to Baden-Württemberg?") is a sticker-ad-campaign by the German state of Baden-Württemberg and they give out these stickers for free on their shop. It became a very big meme and lots of German entities spread them worldwide, like there is a good chance on some rather lonely island you are going to find such a sticker.
And basically in any big sticker there is at least one of those -
