Long time followers of me may remember my battles with Octopus Energy. Well the Energy Ombudsman has weighed in. They've ruled that Octopus MUST send out an engineer so I can show them the meter physically does not exist at my address, they also MUST make sure this change is updated in the national database, they MUST send a written letter of apology on the matter, and award me £100 in compensation for the trouble
