I would've expected 4K PC monitors to be the default by now.

I bought my 4K display in 2016, so 9 years ago. In that same time span, I had gone from a 1024x768 CRT to a 1680x1050 display to a 1080p display. Why are we stagnating there? It's making my life as an emoji designer unnecessarily difficult. :woozy_baa: -

To be honest, I much prefer working on my two 1080p monitors at home than on the 4k curved monitor at work. For standard office work with many programs open and 3 virtual desktops, I find it more convenient, and the quality and readability are fine. -
