the boring part of testing my dotfiles is making sure that idle stuff actually works as intended lol (which means letting my laptop sit around for 10 minutes doing absolutely nothing on it) (sure, I could just edit the configuration file for swayidle but this would be boring + not entirely accurate to real-world scenarios of leaving my laptop on and in the backgorund for too long)
