        @a1ba who knows, might just practically not change much, but maybe some AMD devs would focus on niche use cases the community itself wouldn't.

          @karolherbst I think not doing the same work twice should be better but that's AMD and AMD is a business in the first place and they might transfer engineers to do something else. Or what's worse, say goodbye to those they think aren't useful anymore.
