@rachel I saw Rin's entry dialogue in Act 1 again and I love her too, she's so direct and smug it gets me too well.

@pixel i've actually refused to replay katawa shoujo all these years in big parts because rin spoke to me in a very real way that resonated with me specifically because i was still a kid at the time, and i'm afraid that replaying it as an adult would break that somewhat

@rachel ah yeah, I get that-- also a bit sad.

I was holding myself back a long time to re-read it because I was scared the writing wouldn't stand the test of time. I'm glad I was proven otherwise so far.

I just hope I don't get hit by KS as much as last time, in 2013 I stopped talking to people for a handful of days because I needed to process all the emotional stuff afterwards.
