this is the worst article i have ever seenThough the dpkg manager comes pre-installed on Ubuntu, it is ready to use, but if it is not installed, it can be installed from the default repository of Ubuntu.
no not really I mean, apt relies on dpkg to install packages if you don't have dpkg installed there is nothing that is going to be able to install dpkg. I mean dpkg literally ships as a .deb usually these systems are bootstrapped bydebootstraphttps://wiki.debian.org/Debootstrap you can't just install dpkg without dpkg (unless you have another package manager but ubuntu is famous for using well apt and dpkg) -
