Big tip for instance admins, as a legal lesson learned over here: Do not explicitly state anything about a person in a block reason, even if you have good reason to consider it to be true. You do not want to be a target of defamation litigation, even if it's thrown out later.
Only do state such reasons if you never show the block reason verbatim to anyone outside moderation, at all.
