@elly I checked, and the sister-company that does service work for the CMS does not hire at the moment.There are some agencies in the ecosystem that hire TYPO3 developers to work on the Core, but it's not full-time usually. I know someone doing 80/20 (80 being the FOSS part), but that's rare if you're not already involved/known.
