Например не согласен я, потому что @hj -- крутой чувак, а с mastodon.social ты читать его не можешь.И поэтому люди создают свои инстансы со своими правилами и своими хотелками. Что насколько я понимаю действительно проще, чем в блюскае. Тут же полнейшая анархия... что не всегда хорошо, но с этим ничего не поделаешь.

@Li forgot to clarify in the original post but I mainly meant desktop operating systems. (and I'm aware that even then it's more widespread since even Haiku has a WebKit-based browser, Epiphany/GNOME Web, but I was including the one platform that only saw Safari versions 3 through 5. )

@Chloe @Erpel I'm not sure i'd want that either. Some instances allow strange stuff. I am easily overwhelmed by stuff like that. It's why i never warmed up to telegram or discord. It's just stickers all the time there and then sure, animate them, it's fucking horrible, i'm sorry.It's great when you like it, but when you are sensitive to it, it really sucks. And that's not me hating fun, that's me hating headaches.

@49016 @navi @alinathis is a bit of a spicy take but going to talks in person is in its opinion incredibly overrated.I agree with that take, even if I was mad at myself for having missed some of the talks I wanted to see in person. (for example, the train ticket one from 38c3)its ratio between held and attended talks in the last 6 months is 1:1 loloh damn lol, meanwhile umI've held 0 talks (this most likely won't change since the stuff I want to talk about is nowhere near as interesting as a regular blog article would) and I've attended 0 talks. does this also make the ratio in my case 1:1? ​
