    okay but it's really fucking funny how Linke-Hofmann-Busch split post-WW2, moving their HQs to Salzgitter, with their old factory in Wrocław now becoming Pafawag

    but the original company got acquired by GEC Alsthom and turned into Alstom Transport Deutschland

    and the factory got passed around through ADtranz and Bombardier and ultimately became Alstom Pojazdy Szynowe

    i guess all railway companies are subjet to alstomization in the end...
